Skincare Basics
I know that it can be hard to know what to do with your makeup sometimes and when you see other people in magazines you think, maybe I can do that. Well without the makeup basics, its not likely. But before we even go on to the makeup basics we first have to understand the skincare basics so that we can have a clean and healthy base on which to apply our make up. By having clean skin we can be rid of the bacteria and fats that cause spots and pimples and have a beautifully clean face.
Pimples
Pimples are associated with acne and come about when the internal secretion gland is producing too much or too little oil. In the case of acne I suggest that you see a specialist that can diagnose the problem and give you a course of treatment that will help to calm down the outbreak of spots and help to contain them so they don’t spread.
The treatment is often a basic skincare regime and an insistence of good hygiene including washing your hands etc. You can use soap and water to wash your face along with natural makeup remover to help calm the skin and not irritate it.
Freckles are quite a different matter and usually appear in spring time when the sun is bright. You can find them on blonde’s and red-head and occasionally brunettes too. You will find them on the arms, the face and the neck.
In the case of skincare basics, moisturizing is essential. You should use a lanolin based cream that will soak into the skin and not irritate it with added perfumes. You can buy different moisturizers for the day and for night time as they vary in viscosity.
Wrinkles are the cause of skin damage and can be avoided with basic skincare. By gently removing your makeup and gently applying your makeup you can avoid wrinkles and can ensure your skin stays looking younger. The area around the eyes are particularly fragile so be really careful when you are applying eye makeup. Another good way to keep clear of wrinkles is to use sun lotion with a high SPF. This will protect your skin from the sun and will help protect it from wind elements too.

Women’s makeup has been used for years to cover up flaws and make us look better. It been around for centuries dating back to the even the Egyptians! Women’s faces change as they get older and even though they may feel the same, their complexion, skin tone an even the feel of their skin changes. This is why you need to change both your skincare regime and your women’s makeup in order to keep up with your ever changing face. There are several ways that you can get the look from women’s makeup that suits your face. The first is to ask the help of a women’s makeup consultant. They will have spent years training in the art of makeup and will know what suits your face and will also be able to show you what suits you. If you find a really good women’s makeup consultant then they will also help you to buy the right products for your age and face because not all products suit every woman.
When you find the right women’s makeup consultant, tell her exactly what you want from your look and when you mostly wear makeup. Three Easy Eye Make Up Tips
The first thing that people usually notice about us when they meet us is our eyes. They can be both a gateway into our personalities and one of the most beautiful features we posses. Thankfully there are plenty of products on the market that can help us to enhance our eyes. These products can be difficult to use and you may not know how to use them so here we have come up with some eye make up tips that will help you get the look you’re after.
Tip 1-Applying Your Eye Shadow
Now I don’t know about you but for me the most important part of my outfit is coordinating my eye make up and eye shadow. In order to get that stunning look I suggest going to a dark base coat of eye shadow and then selecting shades of the same color to apply over the top. Make sure that you keep the lightest colors high up near your eyebrows.
Try to pick a collection of colors that match one another (usually one color in several shades) or go with colors from your outfit. You could even go a little bit creative and add the different colors that make up your dress or suit. This look suits younger people or those with a more eclectic taste.
Tip 2 – Applying Your Mascara
No more will you have to suffer with smudges under your eyes or poking your eyeball out. Believe it or not there is a way to put on your eye make up and your mascara without blinding yourself! You should start with your wand in one hand ready loaded with mascara (not too much though). Start at the base f the lashes and use a sweeping motion to stroke towards the tip (I sometimes find that a whooshing sound helps). Only ever apply two coats otherwise you will end up with clumpy mascara and won’t be able to see where you’re going.
Tip 3 – Applying Eyeliner
We are lucky enough nowadays to have a wide range of colors available in all eye make up including eyeliner. This means that if you’re wearing a hot pink outfit then your eyeliner can match it! There are two types of eyeliner that you can buy, pencil or liquid. They both equally easy to put on but you have to have nerves of steal to get that close to your eye! You should start in the corner of your eye and in one motion move outwards. Eyeliner should be reserved for once you’ve done everything else as this helps to create the perfect, eye make up finish.
